Baking season is upon me and my wasteline is doomed. I made the filling for my pie today so I can assemble it easily Christmas eve morning. (my family's big meal is Christmas eve, Christmas day is for drinking, snacking and movie watching) It's an apple bacon pie, which would be brilliant..except....bacon....nom....Needless to say several slices never made it into the filling. I also have lots of cookies, bread, Cuban buñuelos and a birthday cake in the works over the next few days. Anyone else here making stuff?
